This role combines responsibilities related to social media analytics, content ideation, website management, customer service, talent pitching, and community engagement. Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
* Monitor and analyze social media analytics.
* Identify trending topics and stay informed about industry trends.
* Develop and execute content strategies inspired by trending topics.
Website Management:
* Oversee the setup and maintenance of an online clothing shop.
* Ensure a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience.
* Update product listings, descriptions, and pricing.
Customer Service:
* Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (email, chat, etc.).
* Address inquiries, concerns, and resolve issues promptly.
* Maintain a positive brand image in all customer interactions.
Talent Pitching:
* Identify casting calls and reality TV opportunities relevant to the brand.
* Craft compelling pitches and submissions for increased exposure.
* Coordinate and facilitate interviews and auditions as needed.
Live Stream and Discord Moderation:
* Moderation of live stream chat interactions.
* Foster a welcoming and positive community atmosphere.
* Manage and engage with our Discord community effectively.
Requirements
Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong knowledge of social media analytics and trends.
Proficiency in website management and e-commerce platforms.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to identify and pursue opportunities for brand exposure.
Familiarity with live streaming and community moderation.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
